Denis holds degrees in economics and law from Macquarie University in Sydney (B.Ec,LLB (Hons)) and the University of Cambridge (LLM). He has practised law in Sydney, London and Hong Kong for over 37 years. He has been a partner in leading American and English law firms for over 27 years.
Joseph has spent over 30 years working as an engineer and project manager on major infrastructure projects, as a business executive, entrepreneur and as a non-executive director in large Australian firms in the banking and retail sectors.

Björn is a supply chain expert with over 15 years’ experience in China and is based in Hong Kong since 2014. He has extensive experience in due diligence, IP investigations, and fraud investigations. He is also a certified SAI auditor, with extensive on-the-ground experience with social systems audits, quality systems, and practical supply chain solutions.
Michael is based in Vancouver and has completed his bachelor’s degree at the University of British Columbia (Canada), in International Relations and Economics and later studied Financial Management at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (Canada) and Henley School of Management’s MBA Program (UK).
Jacques has over 15 years experience as an entrepreneur, banker and investor, now based in London. Originally from New York, he worked there with M&A groups, merchant banks and hedge funds, most recently specializing in emerging markets and energy. From there, he led several financial investments in Central and Eastern Europe’s emerging IPO markets and privatizations. Jacques then moved to CEE to start energy ventures and capital raising efforts, leveraging his financial center and regional networks.
Philippe is a practising lawyer admitted to the Brussels Bar Association since 2005. Philippe holds an LLM from the University of Liege and speaks and works in five European languages. He has a wealth of experience across three continents including Western Europe and South East Asia including China.
Heather was raised in Cambridge before studying at Central School of Ballet and the Royal Academy of Dance in London where she now lives. Whilst in her studies Heather originally developed skills in dance, performance and teaching she has since primarily worked as an administrator and advisor in a leading London arts school developing operational strategies and procedures to ensure educational elements including assessments, course structure and protocols keep the school functioning smoothly.
